Pro Mariner charger question

I ordered a 2 bank prosport 20amp charger. They screwed up and sent me a 3 bank. I was told by someone that the 3 bank won't work right to charge my 2 6volt batteries. Please advise. I also have a 3rd battery which is a 12 volt but wasn't going to use the charger for that one.

Thanks,

Claudio

I have a three bank and everything I have read/heard leads me to believe it works fine. You combine two of the banks on the 6v side and one on the 12 volt. I will check again, but you *should* be good.

Edit: I looked through my PM conversation with someone that has run that exact setup for a while and he told me the ProSport 20+ (3 bank) would work fine like I noted above. Granted, mine will be setup that way (being installed now) so I don't have 1st hand experince with it, but my old setup was done that way (2 banks on one battery, one on the other) and I never had a problem.
