Trailer Cost? Axis Or Wakesetter?

Hi everyone,

I'm thinking about buying a 2006 wakesetter 23 LSV but it doesn't have a trailer. Anyone know what a new tailer would run me?

I know I could just call the dealership and ask but I have a 2011 Axis A22 on hold that I put money down on and don't want them to get worried that I am not going to buy it. I am really loving the new Axis but my wife really likes the wakesetters and from what I have read we really can't go wrong with either boat. The cost of the trailer may be the deciding factor for me just to stick with the Axis (my wife really likes this boat too just not quite as much as the wakesetters). I'm guessing the trailer would run me about $5k so I could get the wakesetter with trailer for about 10K less (no sales tax on private boat sales in my state and the wakesetter is a private sale) than I would be paying for the new Axis. Anyone have any words of wisdom that would help me to decide?

Take a look at ski-it-again.com. There are used trailers on the site and maybe craigslist.

Family just ordered a new boat with Tandem Boatmate Trailer, spare tire, etc and list was $6500 I think. I got a price on our last boat 2 years ago and I was looking at upper 5s.
