08 VTX Illusion tower, have to move my board racks to lower location to add my new surf racks to the tower. What is the allen head size for that big bolt and is it metric or standard head size?

My standard allen sets did not go that big and the only metric I have that big is to big for the bolt head. Gotta buy the right allen wrench to change it. I have the swivel board racks. Tks.
