While researching what size wire and parts I need I came across this site. Not sure if you guys have seen it but it has some neat wiring calculators, with interactive diagrams, for sizing speaker wire/ amp wire and power/ grounding wire. Very informative imo. Scroll down for the calculators.

I have used that site a lot.

Really informative especially on selection of fuse size for your amp. Also on wire size for amps.

The most enlightening is the fact that most guys spend too much on wire for the interior speakers given the power they are carrying.

Be careful. You fuse your wire, not your amp. As long as your "amp" requires less than the wire, then fine, but the goal is to protect things if something happens to the wire. Exactly why the fuse goes as close to the source as possible.
