Hull Differences

1st post in a long time. I remember seeing somewhere a chart that showed the different hulls on different model malibus. Does anyone know where I can find this? I am looking at a 23v Ride. I know that the Ride line uses an older hull mold. I wanted to see and compare. Does anyone have any experience with the performance of the Ride vs Wakesetter lines? thanks

The previous post is close, but I thinkg what your're looking for is "resources/diy" -> "Malibu Specifications" and then click on the specifications link for a specific year and it gives the hull specifications for each type of boat offered that year (among other things).

23 ride is same as 2004-07 wakesetter lsv (wake) hull to the best of my knowledge.

I remember that chart, but didn't it only go up to 04?

I think this is the progress, but may be wrong

sv23 wake hull = 00-04 vlx = 05-08 vride 21'

v25 hull = 05-08 vlx = 09-10 vride 21'

v25 hull = 05-08 lsv 23' = 09-10 vride 23'

11-12 vrides = 09-10 vlx or lsv's, is it still the v25 hull?

I have a 2010 23 Ride and love it! Same amazing wake that you expect from a malibu. If you can live without the MTC and MALIVUE then go for it. I will say that its hard not to peek in the wakesetters and drool a bit but at the end of the day i couldnt be happier.
