Diameter Of My Wakeboard Tower?

I hope some one can help me.I have a 2006 response lxi with a malibu wakeboard tower. The boat is in storage right now and i am trying to find out the diameter of the tubing where a board rack would go??

I have a 2011 lxi with tower and just measured over the holidays for racks. It is 1 7/8. Not sure if it is the same tower on your 2006.
