06 Malibu Iride Poor Heat

ok so ive had this boat for awhile and im not sure how to fix this problem... when i hit the switch for my heater by my feet it blows out kinds warm but cool air when im idling home after a session when i need it the most. i havent tried it in high rpms but i need my heat to work on low rpms so i can warm up with out the wind... please ne thing that has worked for someone let me know im willing to try it...

Right on. Pick up a "Y" and put it before your raw water pump and you'll be enjoying toasty warm air at idle.
