Picked up the new VLX yesterday, has been a long 8 weeks but worth the wait. Arrived just in time for our Xmas break. a couple of quick phone pics, will post some better ones when it is cleaned up, 4 hour drive home in mostly wet conditions.

Also met another couple on the way home with a new Response they had picked up from the same dealer a little earlier.

Thanks for the compliments everyone, have 2 days to get the stereo in before we head to the river.

Sweet looking boat!!!

How come the registration numbers are so big? Is that a requirement in your state?

Here the minimum is 150mm for rego numbers

Martinarcher, would love to keep the Response we have had it since virtually new (35 hrs) but is is listed for sale, and I want to use the cash to modify the garage so the VLX will fit.

Nice boat. What is the canister by the winch?

Electrically operated hydraulic brakes, (electric signal from in car device actuates hydraulilic brake system, also has a brake system that activates if car parts company with trailer)

Those numbers look larger than the one's people go with in the states...is that an AUS deal?

Yes thais is std for Aust 150mm rego numbers/letetrs
