Polar Bear Coolers

Anyone using this 48 pack cooler in the built in cooler spot behind the drivers seat on a 05 - 09 VLX? Wondering if the 48 pack is too big to fit and close the lid on seat?

I have a 24 AO that I put in the passenger storage compartment. It fits perfect so when you flip up the seat back the top of the cooler is at seat level. It would be nice to have a good cooler that fits in the factory spot.
