missing small round piece on my titan t3 bimini, where to order new?

Recommended Posts

Ok so i was preping my 25 for the long winter sleep and i went to grab my bimini off the boat. The small little ball piece on the end of the bimini fell off and into the lake. Its the bimini that goes on the foldable titan III tower. The piece somewhat resembles that of a hime joint is the best way i can describe it. i will post pics of exactly what im talking about in the morning but this piece is the actual piece that mounts the bimini to the tower. the bimini cannot be used with out it. Any ideas on how or where i could get another one of these pieces? it would be very helpful.

thanks

Alex

Email me a photo, I bet i have it in stock. We manufacture a bunch of canvas including tower mount biminis so even if i dont have it. it should be something easy for me to source for you.

Are you talking about this? They are double riveted on. I just drilled mine off last night because I need new straight poles. There is a canvas shop in Cornelius off hwy115 and in Mooresville off hwy150 that I've found bimini parts at.

Actually it's slightly longer and has a bend in it that allows it to mount to the tower? Do you think mine is specific since u have the 25?

Yeah, I know what you're saying, it does have a slight curve in it and it's a little bigger than the one I posted a picture of. Brett or Paul will know exactly which one you need, give them a call, their contact info is at the bottom of their posts.

Unfortunately I was not able to dig one up for you.. If you are not able to find another, you can always go with the new mounting hardware that we are currently machining for our Series 3 Bimini's.. I will keep hunting for you..

I've checked all over for this and haven't found an "aluminum top cap" at 30-45 degrees. Maybe buy a straight one, heat it up, and bend it yourself.
