Table Pole Hole Cover/Plug

Mine started to come out by itself and luckily never flew out while towing. I'd like to glue my in but would still like to be able to take it out. Can anyone recommend an adhesive that is sticky but not permanent? Maybe too much to ask. Thanks!!

I ordered one a few years ago and have the inventory number. A search on Bakes yielded nothing.  It was listed as: Table Base Plug Plastic 2"

@kylesullens I 3D printed 5 of them when I was in college 3 years ago. I've lost 1 and I've given 3 to friends so I have none left, i'm kicking around the idea of using my friends' 3D printer to make some more in black. Would you give me a few bucks plus pay for shipping a small envelope if I make some more?
