HO Coefficient X SL Slalom Review

I am thinking about getting a new or new to me slalom ski. I am currently riding a HO 68" Monza. I am consistently getting into 32' off, 36 mph. I have been on a HO for many years and I have looked into the A1 and A2, but I am very interested in the Coefficient X SL ski. Has anyone tried this ski or heard anything about it. Horton did a review on Ball of Spray and really liked it. It sounds like it my not be a 41' off ski like the A2, but I will probably never get anywhere close to that. This might be easier for me to ski and much cheaper. Looking for some reviews.

Thanks

I saw your post over at BOS, I think yoh got some sound feedback. Horton really likes that ski. I demoed the regular Co-ex with the heavier core material and still ski a System 8. So my comparison may be off a bit due to the weight and flex of the ski.

The Co-ex felt similar to the S8 but I felt less pressure in my arms and hands but could generate more cross course speed. In a way it took less effort to get the job done. I liked it but with the newer A2 and S2 being released I thought I would give those a try before making a decision. Just haven't had the chance to ski those yet and I am in the same boat as you is the price jump worth it. You have to ski them to decide.

Have you tried everything you mentioned yet?
