08 vlx cover fit on an 2010 vlx?

My buddy has an 08 vlx cover that he wants to sell me. Only writing on it is in white on both sides and says " ultimate water sports. Will this fit my 2010 VLX? if so do you think it's worth $250? Thanks in advance for any insight.

Thanks for the Specs. I noticed the Beam is 2" smaller on the 08'. wonder if that will make a difference? are the towers in the same location?

If it fits both boats then it probably doesn't fit either one very well and certainly not worth $250. But I'm spoiled, I've got an evolution cover
