ive noticed last few times ive taken boat out the front ballast keeps filling up with water without pump on ,havent really looked to see what problem is yet guessing there might be something thats not closeing all the way any ideas?

Some others have had this same issue. IIRC the problem is the routing of the fill line. As it is now all your ballast for the forward (ski locker) location is under the water line and will fill if there is a siphone started. You can try adjusting the routing of the fill line to make sure it goes up first to break the siphon.

There are no valves to get stuck open. There should be a shut off on the fill line for the pump incase there is an issue (leak) at the pump.

Shutting off the valve for the center ballast is the easy / temporary fix until you plumb in a vented loop or get the hose routed up high enough to stop the siphon.
