Biggest Bunch of Skiers/Boarders

When I was younger we pulled 7 skiers on beach starts on slaloms behind a Ski Nautique. I don't think I would do that behind my Malibu.

Why not? Don't you think the Bu could handle the task?

Now days you would need a 200 ft rope because the boat cant be within 200 ft of the beach.

We can still do beach starts where I ski but I seem to recall that we bent the toe pylon. That would be my biggest concern.

Our personal best is 9 kids on wakeboards behind my buddy's 01 Wakesetter 23LSV. We set up w/11, but only 9 made it. It's quite a production getting everyone ready to go. Draws quite a crowd!

The kids are getting older now (and heavier) so way may not ever be able to match it again. We tried 7 Adults (a few big boys) and were unsuccessful.

i RECAL WHEN i WAS A PART OF A GROUP OF 8 that we had to alternate pulling in the rope handle then letting out the slack to give the boat a fighting chance of getting on plane. It worked, but then we were all kids not lard buckets (might make a difference).
