Stupid question

Recommended Posts

Here is a stupid question. How does the shower work on my 1999 Response LX? Motor running, turn on the dash switch, turn on the valves in the ski locker, all I get is a trickle? What don't I know?

Told you it was a stupid question, but I don't know how to make it work...

Unscrew the red and blue fittings off at the hot / cold mixer it sounds like it has debris in it (screens in the mixer can plug up easily)

Also are you hearing the water pump turn on?

Hope this helps

I don't think I heard a pump turn on. Engine does have to be running, correct?

Engine needs to be running for it to be hot. But it should pump cold water anytime.

If your not hearing a pump on, then check the circuit breakers.

Showerhead has a nozzle that opens & closes too.

Checked again this morning. I can hear the pump run if I turn on the switch with the motor off. Shower head is off, so it's just the hose. Haven't checked the screen yet.
