Power Wedge intermittently not working

Recommended Posts

In the last few weeks our wedge has occasionally not worked. A couple of times I got it down but wouldn't come back up. Both times, I was able to later get it to come up in the driveway by spinning the paddle wheel. Yesterday, I tried a few times with no luck, than it finally went down. Then it was stuck down for an hour or so, and then later it started to work again and I was able to get it to come up. If I go into the setup screen and select Power Wedge, it says N/A. ANyone experience anything like this?

You probably already know this but wanted to make sure you are in forward gear and going from 1-3 mph when trying to put the wedge up in to the stowed position. It will not do it when the boat isn't moving, however it will go down when the boat is not moving. Safety feature of the wedge.

yep. it's worked like a charm for 4 years, just recently started acting up, almost like there is a loose wire or something.

Same boat here

My wedge is acting up also

Haven't had time to Chase it down

Wedge works fine most days then gets stuck others and will not move up or down

Then will work normally again the next day
