Whats wrong with it? or what can i do?

Is it spinning fast enough to move the boat? Can you feel the tranny shifting from forward, neutral, and reverse? The shaft slowly spinning in neutral is not uncommon, there was a recent thread about it, I don't think it poses a problem, but it would probably bother me too

Unless a foot or hand is up near the prop. Even a slow spin can cut flesh.

Get a pro to adjust your gear selection at the transmission. It's hard to get right if you haven't done it and it will wreck your trans if it keeps shifting from forward to reverse (when you try for neutral). Usually the throttle is adjusted at the same time.
