Boat Cover

Recommended Posts

Tech guys, I need help. I think I read somewhere on here to wash the stock boat cover in Whool-lite, is this correct? I did use the search forum and could not find what I was looking for.

Thanks

Mike

Sure, why not. Just use a little bit and rinse real well.

Then, let dry and apply 303 fabric guard to get water repellency back. I said fabric guard.

I just wash it like you'd wash your truck, while it's on the boat.

Another product to restore the cover's water repellency is called AquaTite. I've had it recommended to me by 2 different upholstery shops. Used it before & the stuff will make a paper towel water proof.

Blade one thing to consider if you are going to use a huge washing machine is who made the cover. I know with Evolution covers you can wash them and then let air drain and if no one has mentioned it us FABRICE GAURD. :innocent:

If you have a cover made from Sunbrella use the attached instructions.
