Illusion X custom Bimini top

I always thought that bimini-tops looked better when installed lower or under the tower.

But on the illusion X tower, Im always seeing those on top of the tower.

Is there somebody out there that found a way to install it lower?

The height of any other Malibu's bimini top without Illusion tower. (Titan, Sunscape...

Having the bimini top above the tower was one of the best selling features about the IX bimini top. I'm 6'1" and ducking to get under the bimini top all the time would drive me nuts.

That's a standard deck mount bimini top that somebody ran a support running backwards and drilled and mounted a tower foot lower on the tower.

Functional but it wouldn't work for me, it's all about personal preference though!

Your not going to find anything out of the box that will work, i would contact a local upholstery shop to see if they can make one. Make sure they use a stainless frame!
