Great Experience with BuyWake

I just wanted to pass along this story. I've been looking at wakeboards for a while now and was getting ready to buy late last night online. I was looking at buywake and a few other online retailers, when I noticed the "Live Help" link on BuyWake's website. This was at about 9:30-10:00 MST, so it was well past normal business hours, but I clicked on the link anyway, not expecting a response. To my surprise, Eric in sales responded. He answered several questions I had, made some great suggestions, and I ended up placing my order tonight.

I know a lot of people on here have used BuyWake before. But to those that haven't, I'd recommend giving them a try.

I bought my ballast equipment from them with the crew discount the D-Goose set up, and they were very helpful. I spoke with Billy about my pump, the fittings, making sure it all connected, etc. Good service.
