Not from what I was told. The dealership has always maintained that EVO covers were a few hundred more than a stock cover. I looked at my Bill of Sale and there was no breakdown of that because I told them at the start I didn't want the Malibu cover and they just priced the boat without it. My dealer has always been forthright so I trust their integrity.

I did the same thing.. I remember it being a very marginal difference between the factory CS cover and the Evolution (maybe $100). I didn't really care what the difference was I knew my boat was going to spend some time on the road so an Evolution was the only cover I wanted... This is my third cover from Cory and I won't buy a boat without ordering an Evolution...
