You guys made the news here in Central Florida, also. I had the news on in the background and heard 'skiing, Washington, etc." and when I looked at the screen, there you were, foiling in your Santa Suit. They made mention of the water temp, I forget what they said it was, my Florida mind does not register temps that low. They also mentioned your charitable cause. Congratulations. You looked pretty darn cold, BTW.

Right on, guys. Glad we could spread the wealth a bit. And thanks for all the kudos. It really was a good time. And the fact that it generated a little money for a good cause is icing on the cake.

BTW, to give you some idea how cold it is...... inside that suit I had on Levis, a sweatshirt & socks. My face got a little cold, but it's really no worse than if your out snowskiing or snowmobiling.

As much fun as that was, I like how the Oroville WOW video came out a lot better. Different POV shot with the GoPro, mounted on my chest or on Jake's chest, and some stills I grabbed from video.

I'm lookin thru the Hells Canyon trip footage now. I tried some other camera mounts..... on the tower looking at the rider beside us & on the back of the boat. Both were a bust. The rider is just too far away from the camera to get a descent shot. The GoPro doesn't have any zoom options at all..... wondering if I can zoom in while editing. Like Moviemaker would have that kind of post production abilities
