Twice?? You don't learn quick huh.

FWIW I always run a tap in each leg of the tower along with some grease and have never had the same problem.

No, I'm no dummy, they were like that when I bought the tower. Much more info here.

Yeah, funny how this thread went in another direction.

This subject comes up once in a while and if you're not aware of stainless on stainless incompatibility, things can get ugly real quick if you try to unbolt things.
