My Steering Wheel is Crooked?

Hello brand new here.....Just bought a 1990 Sunsetter F3....Good boat in decent shape....I have an issue with the steering wheel....Its crooked and im not sure how to fix it...and im not familiar with the steering..when you look at the wheel its tilted the left a bit...Any help would be appreciated thanks...
