CAn u yell me the location of the trans screen?

On my boat it is on the front of the motor. just after the raw water pump. You will see two transmisson oil lines going to it and a large water lines. When you remove the water line from the raw water pump and look inside it should look a lot like honey comb. That is also where you will find parts of your impeller if it is coming apart.

Keep in mind your motor is installed backwards

lack of water flow what causes that, you need to start at the source which is the thru hull pick up, then so. dont jump around thinking its this or that. diagnose it the correct way.

This is another pic., from an older inboard. (NOTE The photo on the right looks up inside the trans. fluid cooler – THIS HAS JUNK that MUST be removed - see the tiny bits of the rubber impeller? It should look sort of like a honeycomb.)
