Skylon Pole

I am looking into picking up a used skylon pole for my 1990 Malibu Euro-F3 skier. I am a bit confused about the attachments though, do they just slide over the top of the pole and clamp down? If so, I assume the only attachments that will work are those meant specifically for a Skylon pole?

What I really want on my rack is room for one wakeboard and one slalom ski, maybe even a pair of other skis if possible. Just hoping I could clear up some floorspace. I know a tower would be the best bet, but I like being able to easily remove the pole, and a used skylon is only going to set me back a few hundred.

The Skylon slids over the stock pylon and a cable attaches it to the bow eye, check out this thread for my setup:

What I meant to ask about were the racks that attach to the pole. How do these racks attach? And is there any way I can get one that will hold a slalom ski as well as a wakeboard.

Hey Mike,

The board rack that Fly high makes is only for wakeboards, I was going to just buy some regular racks and use a 2.5" tower clamp. Im sure you could do that and buy a combo rack to store a board and ski and surf etc...

Im planning on picking up a surf board this winter, Im hoping it will work with the Sky Rack that I currently have now. I might have to lengthen the bungys but I think it will work.

Hope that helps
