Adding floating wedge to vride

I have a 2010 vide that did not come with a wedge. I can get a great deal on a new floating wedge and was wondering if anyone had feedback for me. Malibu stated it adds about 1000 pounds of weight with nice wake. Any feedback is appreciated. Video would be great.

If your getting a great deal I would go for it.........flipping down a wedge is much easier than filling a ballast bag. And Ya I'd estimate it is worth another 1000 lbs without putting you over the coast guard limit...

The floating wedge is great and performs better than the fixed wedge does. It’s valuable component to have and even better yet if you can get a good deal on one. We use our wedge every time we are out for wakeboarding and surfing, less on board ballast needed.

Get the wedge! You'll love it! Plus, somewhere down the road, when you decide to sell,

any prospective buyer looking at Malibu is going to expect it.
