A new rule on the boat...

Mrs Faceplant is a 3rd grade teacher. She has a honed and polished "teacher voice" and "the look".

As the years go by, I've found that the voice is simply a very confident, very clear, concise, somewhat loud and deeper voice. I've begun to use it as a coach and business owner as well. AMAZINGLY... it works well!

I am always amazed at the respect that a teacher can get when the "teacher voice" is used.

What makes you think that parents with kids would be any different on a boat.

You ever see parents eating out with there kids, or in store, or in your house tearing things up while they just watch with no care at all.

I raised 3 kids and was all over them if they were getting out of hand. I PAID ATTENTION.

Sometimes I think it would be great to but a shock collar on the parents.

we've had our share of kids(and adults) who don't know the ropes -the intro lecture works wonders - one time I jettison my nephew for poor behavior - it only took once and they have never went out with us again which makes us happy.

I bought this boat so I could be with my kids and there friends. You want to complain about little kids and parents. Man you should see what my teen age girls bring down to the river. They boys have no brains or a clue. I wanted to leave a few of them in the water and come home. At least if you scream at a young kid they listed you yell at a teenager they just look at you like are you talking top me.
