This looks like the tower I have on my 02 wakesetter.

I broke one arm on my wakeboard rack and want to replace it but don't know what it is.

That is a Titan tower which has 2.25" OD tubing.

That said many manufactures of board racks fit that particular tower, so we need to see the rack to point you to a manufacture that sells the replacement forks.
