Ok Crew. I posted just the other night about spider cracks in the gel coat at the shaft housing in the hull. Well, we were surfing Sat. afternoon and hit something. Tree top, stump, or something. After getting it out of the water and a complete inspection we have extended the spider cracks to worrisome, slightly bent prop, bent rudder, and a destroyed wedge. Both actuators are broken and the rudder is bent about an inch. So my question is where do I order a rudder and the actuators? Can I purchase a wedge myself or do I have to carry it to a dealer? The closest Malibu dealer is 3 hours and I do much of the work myself. Thanks in advance.

How the wedge and rudder took the hit and didn't really hurt the prop is pretty amazing. I may have a bent shaft but just by looking at it I can't tell.

Dang! Stinks to be you this week. Do you have another boat shop nearby? T doesn’t have to be a Bu dealer. As for parts, try Bakes.

Ouch. I hope that puppy is insured! If it is insured I would just take it to the dealer and drop it off. Make sure that they know that the gel coat damage was a result of this accident and this accident only! If it's not insured and you'll be doing the work yourself than I would try skidim.com or Bakes for parts. Good luck!
