Power Wedge Problem 07 V-ride

Recommended Posts

I have been trying to trouble shoot my power wedge for a little while now and have not come across any solution. It has been stuck in the up possition.. I have tried attaching a different power to the switch, tried to look at "calibrating" the wedge but wasnt sure how to do this since the only options are PW presen and PW N/A... Is there a hidden inline fuse or fuse block? Where is the hydraulic pump located for the wedge? Has anyone had a similar problem and been able to fix it? Any help to solve this would be greatly appreciated!

Yes there is a 30AMP fuse that controls the rams for the PW, check this earlier post I made illustrating where it's located. Does it even try to move? Verify that each ram is sealed, there is a weak area where the acrylic can break. This is a rare problem as I did have to replace one of mine due to this, but I could clearly see the problem.

thanks for the advice. i check everywhere for that fuse, but it was no where to be found... Is there anywhere to get a replacement fuse like that?
