Depth Transducer compatibility

Anyone know if the in-hull puck transducer in my Echelon is compatable with any aftermarket depth gague.

Just wondering if I can just add the gague and rewire the transducer to the new gague and bypass my non-working computron?

Here is the hokey answer.

I have a Humminbird 200DX fishfinder with temperature probe.

I mounted it myself on the passenger side dash. The screen is fully adjustable and angled perfectly at the driver.

It is one of the more fun toys because we float a lot and we can see the fish swimming underneath, get the water temp and see what kind of bottom we have in shallow water.

The transducer comes with the Fish finder anyway. So mount that baby up and see if it will work with your transducer. Otherwise you have one more step.
