perfect pass acting up

My perfect pass (04 23 lsv). Is acting up - it turns on runs for about 2-3 minutes then just goes blank? Won't reset until I turn off the power - I lost my alternator over the weekend so before I go tearing this out - I am going to make sure its not acting up due to low voltage.

Make sure that the depthfinder cabling and wiring is AWAY from the Perfect Pass and any of the Perfect Pass wiring, my PP did not work until I did this on the advice of their tech support, it now works great.
