tower lighting

I have a wakesetter VLX and have found that dusk surfing is the best at our lake. We are looking to buy tower lights however, have noticed that on some boats the front lights blind the driver. Is there any light out there that actually work and allow for the driver to see the water and not blind the folks in the front. Also the boat did not come with an amp so for the kids in the back doing the surfing they can not hear the music as it is not adjustable. Thought on the best system?

Yes these work great for that, they project out past the boat before the beam spreads so you don't get that washed out feeling inside the boat.
