I am new to doing my own maintenance and need to know what all needs to be greased on my 03' Response? Help please!

The only thing on my boat that you grease is the rudder.

Inside my boat where the rudder comes through hull is a grease fitting. You have a direct drive yours is probably under the floor in the back.

yeah, lift that back floorboard (which exposes the mufflers). Look back between them and you should see the top of the rudder assembly. Mine has one or two zerk fittings. You probably are going to need a flex line on your grease gun to access them.

I recc. you have someone turning the wheel slowly while you put in maybe 3 pumps of grease max. at each zerk fitting. Greasing the rudder is something you only need to do about every 200 hrs. or so IMHO.

I have a 2000 Response LX direct drive and it appears the grease point is right under the fuel tank. I have never been able to find it.
