Wedge wont move from down position, dash switches not working

Just got my '09 VLX back from the dealer and took it out on the water to surf. I set the presets to "surf left". The wedge lowered and the ballast tanks began to fill. After a few minutes, I noticed the display still showed the tanks to be filling but the water levels had not changed much. Checked the pumps and they were all off. After further inspection it seems that the entire control panel on the left side is not working. Horn, interior lights, tower lights, ballast tanks, etc. Nothing works. In addition to that, the wedge will not move up. I have tried moving it up at all speeds and it will not move. All fuses are ok. I tried resetting the mailiview and that did not work. Any other ideas? Thanks in advance.
