wierd rumbling under driver seat when turning right

Recommended Posts

Was out on my 07 LSV yesterday and immediately after wakeboarding I noticed that when I was driving and turned to the right there was a sort of rumbling vibration right under my feet. I thought it might be the wedge because I have had a few issues with the power wedge showing up on the gauge but still not all the way up. It eventually stopped but I wanted to check the forum and make sure I am not ignoring something that could be a big problem down the road. I slowed down to idle and held the wedge button a little longer to make sure it was all the way up and it went away. But maybe slowing down did something else, I dont know, and if it was the wedge why just turning to the right and not the left. Confused?

Probably an empty beer bottle. Not that I condone that sort of thing.

Sound like something is wrapped around your prop. I once ran over my tow rope, thought I got it all, but some rope was hung up causing the vibration.

Hit a plastic bottle right after I bought my Bu, thought I really did some damage.......until it came off. You may have had something stuck on the fins or prop or other underwater gear. Pull it out, make sure everything is tight and secure, go ride!!

Hopefully you had a jetski lodged in your tracking fins. Probably the handlebars banging right under your drivers seat. Tease2.gif

ROFL.gif That's good.

Could it be a loose or sloppy rudder? With some cavitation when turning?
