Is a depth gauge standard on a 09 Axis?

Just curious about that. I love mine, just seems like all boats would come with that standard. Mine does not have that in the infomation console (toggle switch) on the dash.

Nope, not standard equipment.

Doesn't even come standard on Wakesetter Malibu's.

I've looked at different Bu's at different dealers (I travel for work so always stopping by local dealers when I'm traveling) and I find that they order their boats based on the retail climate in that area. I would imagine ordering a boat in CA without any stereo would be the norm. Just by going through the forums here and my living out west for a few years it seems that they like to do things their way. I would imagine here in the Midwest that isn't so much the case. You tend not to see so many custom boats, cars and so on. Comparatively speaking to the west coast or even say Florida.

When I lived in Cali, even cars like Camry's looked tricked with rims and tires! You totally nailed that observation.

I had to buy the depth puck and depth module for my 06 vride. Installed it myself. Could not have been easier. The hardest part od the whole install was getting the sending unit wire up out of the hole in the floor of the helm. So packed with hoses in there I had to soap it all up to get that sucker through. Aside from that complication the whole install took half an hour.

So I could get a modual and puck and install one? How did you go about buying one? Did you go through your dealer or is there somewhere I can buy online?

Do you mean I was not suppose to Pimp out my Yugo back in 88 with 22 inch rims? No wonder everyone stared at me
