Towing cover

Recommended Posts

So we purchased a boat 1100+ miles away and plan to tow it home in the next week or so. You people turned us on to the very helpful Cory, but he wouldnt be able to get us a cover for 3wks. So the question is...do we use the cover that the boat originally was sold with, we're told it says "Ultimate Water sports" I believe on the side, or have the boat wrapped for the drive? We've been told it is a towable cover.

Does the cover strap down to the trailer? If so, it’s not really a “towable” cover though you can tow with it. I used mine for a few years before getting a new cover from Cory @ Evolution Covers. What you have to worry about is the cover rubbing against the gel coat. If that’s a concern, get it wrapped.
