Sick of tying knots

Anyone used the Slipjac or the Slide Knot, they are a fancy Danik Hook so you do not have to tie knots. Pro's and Con's?

Looks like a cool idea, but kinda pricey.

Just buy a few dock buddies if you're mooring close to an object(dock, boat, houseboat). They don't require any knots with them and they are cheaper.

Pricey they are but I'm thinking of using them with my anchor's. When the boat is on the water I try to keep my eye on it.

I love their slogan on the website. "Tired of tying those complicated knots and hoping they will hold? SlipJac is now here to make your life easier"

I never knew my life was so difficult without this nifty invention..... Myself I wouldn't trust that over my own knots. I'd imagine the SlipJac would work fine in most cases, but I don't think I'd sleep well if that was holding my boat at anchor. I am a sailor though and tie up boats and barges all day and night, you better believe if I tied it up, that rope would snap before my knot ever slipped.
