Last season i ordered a custom surf sac for my 247 from fly high. in my rushing them to get the sac done there was a mistake made and hole was left off of the sac by mistake. fly high has agreed to remake the sac at their expense and offer me a full replacement at no cost to me. it seems we often complain when things are not right and rarely to say kudos when things are.

Awesome. Glad to hear Fly High is another great company to deal with. I have never ordered any custom sacs from them, but I will never order another brand after comparing them to the first ballast bag I bough (launch pad). Fly High's are super high quality!
