Noticable difference in wake shape or size?

I've been wanting to do a prop change on my boat for various reasons. I am contemplating going from a 537(stock prop)to possibly a 1235. I know in the past with wakeboard wakes in mind different prop pitches, sizes ect have slight effects on wake shape and feel. Has anyone noticed and substancial difference in the quality or size of the surfwake? I primarily surf now. Run more wieght than I should, I believe around 1500lbs over the stock system. I am pretty happy with what I have, just thought it would be nice to know what others have observed.
