Tower Advice

Looking for a little tower advice...

I have a 90 Sunsetter Euro F3 and due to the age/value of the boat, I can't really warrant spending top dollar on a tower for the boat. I found this company, www.bigairpylons.com and am wondering if anyone has any experience with this brand tower? Price and looks seem suitable to me, but I still don't want to waste money if it's a total piece of junk! Remember, this is a 4k boat, not a 54k boat so keep that in mind with your response... No way I'd put one of these on the boats that some of you have but for mine, paying 50% of what I paid for the boat doesn't make any sense!

Thanks for the advice!

I don't know about the towers you asked about - but I do know of the Monster Tower. Least expensive good tower that I know about. It's a little more than the bigair tower.

Or it might break.

Look into a Titan I or II. It'll only be a couple hundred bucks more & it's WAY STRONGER. Their on Ebay all the time. Or available thru your Malibu dealer.

Don't skimp on a tower. The consequences are big when they come down.

Added a Monster Tower to mine. The middle cost option MT1 $999. The dealer recommended it. He has used for years with no problems. Hard to justify the expensive towers to a boat over 10 years old. I did add the Monster Bimini top that holds wake boards to the the tower.

I too was thinking about the Monster Tower. It might be the best bang for the buck.

I agree with Bill and WakingMeHappy both…The Titan is one of the best on the market. However, I have seen the Monster Tower on your same boat and it looks and performs very well. Look at Air Force 1's boat pics to get an idea of what the tower would look like.
