Hey guys,

Can anyone tell me what size seat to get to replace drivers seat in Malibu Euro. The guy i bought it from took it out. I need to know the size of the pedestal and the seat. Also, do you think i can get a swivel seat to fit there. Seems like all the pedestals are to tall. Any suggestions? Or can i get the orginal from somewhere?

I would suggest you contact Chee Mauo at the California Malibu plant. He does interiors on the side and will most likely be able to help you. Chee's contact information is searchable on this site.

If you need, I could take a picture of mine and email it to you. I have my entire interior out so it'd be fairly easy to take a pic of it. Mine is a swivel style seat base. Let me know...

I just discovered Bakes Marine (www.bakesonline.com) and I know others have been using Bakes for some time with good success, you might also try there...

yes, could you please take a pic. I was looking at seats at Overtons and Amazon but cant find base and didnt know what the old seat looked like. Also could you measure the seat width and thickness and the height of the base. Thanks i would appreciate it.

I measured the seat base...

It looks to be 16" (front to back) by 18" (side to side)... figure in some padding and upholstery...

The pedestal that I have is made by Garelick...
