A potential buyer ask me this question.

"Hey, i´d be interested if you could get the needed UE certificates to use the boat in the European Union, say Luxembourg"

What does this mean and is it possible?

a CE package includes a battery swich and is 75e.

Rear ballast tanks build in the rear lockers(not under floor)

and some minor things that i can,t remember, you can use it anywhere

in europe except for swiss.there are seperate CE rules for swiss.

BS EU Rules.

Bottom Line:  Sell to a Yank or Sell it "As Is - Get Over it"

You are right!

As long as the buyer is looking for himself and is no reseller or dealer the boat needs no CE certificate!

My 2005 Response had the CE package factory "installed".

It was just a battery switch, a second, manual bilge pump lying in the trunk and a badge with load capacity data and engine infos (HP/kw). That's it.
