Got a new (to me) 2008 247 with quad ballast and PW. Took it out for a cruise this weekend and noticed for sure we're going to need more weight. (The wedge wasn't working)

What to buy?

BTW that's one big a** boat.

Bill, Congrats on your 247. You have purchased the best wakeboard wakesurf boat on the water. You will have to add weight to your boat to produce the surf wave. I have tried tons of configurations and finally resolved to have custom sacs made for my boat. Do it right the first time and your experience will be better. I can add 4000 pounds of water to my boat. All sacs drain and fill with the flip of a button. Below is a link of my custom install.

Also do a search on the site for little 247 wave and rainy day photos. read these post as well.
