The enzo sac will not fill up all the way in the vlx, the finger is to wide and to tall for under the seats. Better off getting a custom sac made for a couple hundred more, you'll get several hundred pounds more out of a custom sac. You'd probably only get around 1000-1100 lbs out of the enzo sac in the VLX.

Check out this review, liljohn and I demo'd that boat and he wrote up the review on it when it first came out back in 08'. We got a nasty surf wake out of it with very little weight, we were really surprised. The 09' vlx hull is a surf monster in disguise.

Others may disagree, but I don't think too much weight will make your surf wake smaller. That is however you've placed it right and didn't sink your boat.
