Just after a chrome rub rail for an 06' i-Ride. I have seen rub rails that are have a chrome insert than is fixed every 6 inches however is there a rail that is completely chrome without the black??? also just wondering if there are any aftermarket stores that sell the wakesetter chrome bow grab rails? any thoughts/opinions on whether the grab rails look good on top of the bow? my boat currently has them hidden inside the bow.

This is the only information i could find about rub rails: (and was after one that was full chrome)

I've never seen a fully chrome rub rail. Seems like the first time you hit a dock or your own trailer guide, it would be bent..... or worse, transfer the damage to the fiberglass. I have the SS insert in my Vride rub rail. It definitely looks nice. Might be a dealer item.

But you can check for a lot of rub rail products at companies like: http://www.tacomarine.com/

I don't have the bow rails on my Vride either. Having had them on my 205 in the past, I like the clean look that comes from not having them. Especially with the flip down bow light. I've thought about making a removeable bow cover similar to a tonneau cover on a pickup, or the Malibu Corvette. Would really complete the look.

Good luck.
