If it weren't for total stupidity and negligence, why would we have insurance at all? Glass houses and all that man... I can certainly empathize with how a 1 second misjudgment can lead to some terrible terrible things. If you are hyper-vigilant and attentive every second of every day, more power to you. I know I've had lapses of attention from time to time....

Yup, I have super powers, I just don't want to show you! Tease.gif

That in my opinion is one case where insurance should not cover it one bit. I have a hard time feeling any sympathy for total stupidity and negligence.

You could surely exclude that coverage from your insurance if you want. Go for it!

That almost looked like an "accident" wonder how much $$ he is getting from the insurance company for that one.

Haha - I read the news story. He claimed to swerve for a low flying pelican that almost hit the car. Too bad he didn't know it was all on video before he came up with that story. Looks like he was asleep at the wheel!

Like the Sublime ("Wrong Way") in the video car. Rockon.gif

He pays his premiums like everyone else. What does he pay all that money for every year if he cant use it? Almost all insurance claims are an act of negligence on someones part.
